You can evaluate the service at Nurly Zhol station via SuperQR

The passenger feedback process has been digitized at the Nurly Zhol railway station in the capital. It is now possible to express an opinion about the service and get answers to questions using the SuperQR system.

The SuperQR pilot project is a Kazakhstani startup that will enable a new way of interacting with station visitors, collecting and analyzing all their requests and responding to them quickly.

It was introduced to develop and improve the services provided at the Nurly Zhol station complex.

Let us remind you that in November 2022 in the pilot mode at the station there appeared an opportunity to evaluate each object by scanning a QR code: special stickers are placed in the information desk, ticket offices, platform, central hall, bathrooms, boutiques, etc.

SuperQR as an additional communication tool between station employees and passengers allows anyone to express their opinion about the service, ask questions and evaluate the quality of services.
