Payment Rules

We accept VISA and MasterCard. Online payment services are provided in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your payment. We use the latest methods for verifying, encrypting, and transmitting data over secure communication channels. Your bank card details are entered on a secure payment page.

On the bank card data entry page, you will need to enter the card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary details are printed on the card itself.

The three-digit security code is three digits located on the back of the card. Next, you will be redirected to your bank's page to enter the 3DSecure code, which will be sent to you via SMS. If you do not receive the 3DSecure code, you should contact the bank that issued your card.

Payment rejection cases:

• The bank card is not intended for making online payments, which can be found out by contacting Your Bank.;
• Insufficient funds to pay on the bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on the bank card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card.;
• The bank card details entered are incorrect.;
• The bank card has expired. The card's expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the card's expiration date by contacting the bank that issued the bank card.

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, bank card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server.

RETURN POLICY

Cash refunds are not permitted for card payments. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems. The procedure for refunding payment for a service is regulated by Article 14 of the Law «On Consumer Protection».

• The consumer has the right to refuse the service at any time before its performance, i.e., the actual completion of the shipment entrusted to the Superqr.com service.;
• If the consumer refuses the service, the Company shall refund the monetary amount paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding the Company's expenses, no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits a corresponding request. To refund funds to a bank card, you need to fill out a «Refund Application,» which is sent by the Company upon request to the email address, and send it along with a copy of your passport to the address support@superqr.com. Refunds will be issued to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date the Company receives the «Application for Refund.».
• To return funds for erroneous transactions, you must submit a written statement along with checks/receipts confirming the erroneous charge. This statement should be sent to the address support@superqr.com. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for review of the application and refund of funds begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the application and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays/weekends.
